Outdoor Adventure Projects
Learning through doing includes cottage weekends in the Bavarian mountains,
wild water adventures, cross-country skiing, mountain bike
tours and mountain hiking.
Through playing interactive outdoor games our patients get in touch with
individual and group-specific themes. The mastering of subjectively but not
objectively dangerous situations causes an increase of self-esteem through
the feeling of success. Our psychologists help transfer this success on to
everyday situations.
